| Minutes of Meeting | Rtn. Abhijeet Shinde presented to the Board, the Toilet project at Mahagaon Village which is in synergy with RC Pimpri Elite. Total funds required from our club were Rs.72000. Board approved the same. Board also mentioned that RC Pimpri Elite to deposit Rs.1 lac in our account and we will pay the whole amount for the project from our account. Rtn. Abhijeet Shinde mentioned the total collection of Sunshine box was Rs. 7000. Rtn. Sanghviji has paid full club fees out of which Rs.9000 will be used for polio donation. Rtn. Bimal Rawat informed Board that there are 7 interact club which our club has installed, but in this Rotary Year, only 1 installation has taken place. Rtn. Abhijeet Shinde along with Youth Director Rtn. Suryakant Jadhav mentioned that they will visit the Schools/Colleges and talk to the respective principals and get the installation done. |
