| Minutes of Meeting | 1)MOM of the last BOD meeting was Read & put up for approval. It was proposed by Rtn. Mehul Parmar & Seconded by Rtn. Dhananjay Bhinge. 2) President Dr Manish Pharande shared information on Borewell Recharges and also shared with the Board that we will go for Global Grant. Board recommended to work on it on and also try to get CSR. Board also recommended to get blocked the DDF from DG and get the draft approved from DG. 3) President Dr Manish Pharande informed to board that we are not going ahead with Dandiya Night as Fund Raiser Event. 4) President Dr Manish Pharande informed board about Millet Jatra project in synergy with RC of Poona Camp. Proposed Rs. 10000 for the same. Board approved the same. 5) The Cause for Fund Raising of Box Cricket was discussed. Rtn. Mehul Parmar suggested Borewell Rechargers as a Cause for the Tournament. Also, board suggested to use multiple causes for the Game. 6) President Dr Manish Pharande informed Board about GG for Paediatric Cardiac surgeries. Board suggested president to focus on this and CSD and Medical Director to look for other medical projects and get them implemented. 7) Rtn. Krishna Singhal has informed that he presented & discussed Paediatric Surgery Global Grant Project with Rotary Club of Hilversum, Amsterdam. They have confirmed in writing that they will discuss in the board & come back. 8) Environment Director Rtn. Annand Sampat briefed Board about the Projects completed under this avenue and also informed Board about upcoming projects of e-waste and Bird Nest Projects. Board suggested to present complete details of the same. Also, he informed to Board that if RC Pimpri can be a host for District Monsoon Fellowship. Quote of the same was Rs.10000. Board recommended to plan our Club’s Monsoon Fellowship. 9) Happy Village director Rtn Dhananjay Bhinge invited all Board members to visit Happy Village on 3rd September to see the progress of the project. He also informed board that total of Rs. 65 lakhs is spent till date. Rs 48 lacs was spent on Lift Irrigation with 10 HP Solar Pump Drip Irrigation and it is operational. He mentioned that Vocational Director to visit Happy Village and also implement Vocational Projects to educate the kids of the village to make them independent. He also mentioned that CSD and Medical director to carry out Medical Camps over there. He mentioned that a Family Night to be dedicated for Happy village and to be planned at the end of September. 10) Treasury report: Club Balance: Federal Bank – Rs.37769, HDFC Bank – Rs.142000. Sunshine collection Rs.4050. He also mentioned that 19 members have paid Cub Dues. 18 members paid Full Dues and 1 member has paid half yearly Dues. He also stated that after 1 week he will start calling members personally to pay the Club Dues. 11) New Generation Director Rtn. Rohan Rokade presented the work done. He also infirmed about installation of Interact Club done and Upcoming installation of Interact club of City Pride school. He informed Board about installing a New Institution based Rotract Club at ASM college. Board approved the same and asked to first check the facts and figures and obligation on the Parent Club. 12) IT Director Rtn Abhijjet Shinde requested an approval of Rs. 4000 for subscription fees for editing app used to Design Bulletin and other flyers. Board approved the same. 13) Membership Director Rtn Sadanand Nayak informed board that 3 New members are inducted and 3 are in process. |
