Minutes of Meeting	MOM of the last BOD meeting was Read & put up for approval. It was proposed by Rtn.Santosh Giranje & Seconded by Rtn. Siddharth Bose. 2) President Dr Manish Pharande shared information on Borewell Recharges and also shared with the Board that we are searching for foreign partners. Also we are in talk with PDG’s to get new foreign partners. The draft for GG is ready. Also he informed board that on 30th sept we ave invited club presidents from zone 2 and we will give them presentation of Bore well rechargers and will invite them to be synergy partners for this project. The meeting will be held at RCC. 3) President Dr Manish Pharande informed Board that we are in search of CSR partners for the project of paediatric cardiac surgeries. We have forwarded the proposal for CSR to Rtn Manoj Jog for CSR from his company and we are awaiting a reply from his company. Also we have spoken with few other companies regarding the same. Next week we will proceed to understand the CSR formalities. 4) Environment director Rtn Anannd Sampat informed board that he will present all details of Bird Nest project in next Board meeting. 5) New Generation Director Rtn Rohan Rokade informed Board that we are in process of forming an institution based Rotract club at ASM College and the college has agreed to pay the basic dues of the rotractors on their own. Our club will have no liability of their dues. 6) President Dr Manish Pharande informed board that on 17th Oct we will be having our dandiya night which will be in synergy with Akurdi club and also we have invited RC Pimpri Elite and RC Chinchwad to join us for this night and we are awaiting their confirmation on the same. 7) President Dr Manish Pharande informed board about Asmita Project which is in synergy with RC Bibewadi. The cost to be a synergy partner is approximate Rs.70000 – Rs.90000. President informed board that we are awaiting more information from the host club. Board suggested to negotiate on the price and go ahead with the project. Also suggested new generation and medical director to plan such kind of projects from our club. 8) President Dr Manish Pharande proposed Sanitary Pad Dispenser machine to be installed at Shri Vasant Dada Patil Highschool and Jr college Nehrunagar, Pimpri Colony. Board approved the same and suggested to work on the cost. 9) Membership Director Rtn Sadanand Nayak presented his report. He mentioned that 3 Members were inducted till date, 4 members are in Pipeline and 2 prospective members are invited for today’s regular club meeting. 10) PI director Rtn Siddharth Bose presented details of LED screen which is to be installed at RCC. Board suggested to go with 10 ft X 8 ft screen and height of 12 ft. Board suggested that initially location to be shown to advertising agency and get the estimate of rent and deposit we can get and then take decision on the same. Board also suggested to get it done as early as possible as it is a good source of income for the trust.
