| Minutes of Meeting | MOM of the last BOD meeting was read & put up for approval. It was proposed by Rtn.Bimal Rawat & Seconded by IPP Rtn. Sanjay Pradhan. 2) IPP Rtn Sanjay Pradhan informed board about opening on 2nd Porta School. It will be done on 29th October. The place which we are installing the school is rent free, the landowner has provided the space free of cost. 3) Board has approved IPP Rtn Nitin Dhamale as District Governor candidate from our club for the upcoming DG elections. Also the same to be put up for confirmation in AGM which will be held on 7th November. 4) President Rtn Manish Pharande informed board about sanitary pads project and the work of the project is in progress and the details of the same will be shared in next BOD meet. 5) President Rtn Manish Pharande informed about Asmita project. As the cost of participation is high board decided not to go ahead with the project and rather plan similar project at club level. 6) President Rtn Manish Pharande presented treasury report. Balance of Club was Rs. 419400 in HDFC bank A/c and Rs. 37769 in Federal Bank A/c . Also he informed board that club fees of 33 members is still pending and collection of the same is in process. He informed board that only 3 senior members have paid Rs.17500 as club fees and few have paid Rs. 12600 as club fees. Board decided to talk with senior members who have paid Rs.12600 club fees and convince them to pay the balance fees. 7) Trustee IPP Rtn Mehul parmar informed board that the trust balance as on date was Rs. 7 lacs and Rs.4 lacs to Rs.5 lacs bookings are expected. 8) IPP Rtn Sadanand Nayak presented membership report. He informed board that 2 new members have attended 2 meetings. He is in discussion with 3 more prospective members. 9) Proposal was put forth in board for redevelopment of Rotary Community Centre. The project cost of the same would be approx. Rs 9 to 10 Cr. Board suggested to raise CSR funds for this project. Also take donors for each floor. Rtn Bimal Rawat declared he will put in initial seed money for this project. 10) President Rtn Manish Pharande informed board about Global Grant for borewell recharger’s project. It is stuck at foreign partner’s level. Project is submitted to foreign partner and we are awaited reply from them. 11) Proposal for institution based rotract club was put forth to the board at ASM institute. Board refused the same. Also youth generation director proposed an overnight RYLA on 23rd and 24th of December. 12) Rtn Anannd sampat informed board about bird nest project. The cost of procuring 1 bird nest is Rs.250. He proposed 100 bird nest also informed about taking up a session on DIY activity of making bird nest. Board suggested not to procure readymade nest rather to arrange a session of DIY activity of making bird nest that will be a good session. He also informed board about e waste drive. He have identified an agency who will collect e-waste from us at Rs10-Rs20/ Kg and that amount will be donated to trust .It is a certified agency. Board suggested to go ahead with the project and also recommended to do it with interact clubs. 13) President Rtn Manish Pharande informed board that the cost of dandiya night was approx. Rs. 1.9 lacs. Rs 90000 will be received from participating clubs and remaining will be paid by our club. 14) President Rtn Manish Pharande informed board about Cow donation project which is carried by our parent club RC Pune North .Board suggested to go ahead with the project. Put a message in clubs group and invite individual donors to participate in the project. Cost of donating one cow is Rs.10000. 15) Rtn Sweta Rawat proposed donation of beds at JIjamata hospital. Requirement of hospital is of 50 beds. Cost of procuring 1 bed is approx. Rs 1500 to Rs. 2500. Board approved Rs. 50000 for this project. 16) President Rtn Manish Pharande informed board about oxygen concentrator which are balance at our club. Board suggested to identify old age homes and donate the concentrators to those old age homes. 17) Rtn Siddharth Bose informed board about LED project. It is to be installed at community centre. The cost of the same is approx. Rs. 4 lacs. Board approved the same and suggested to execute the same. 18) Box cricket team proposed board to take subsidised cost of food from members who will be coming to see the tournament. Board approved the same. 19) Rtn Santosh Giranje informed board that IPP Rtn Nitin Dhamale has proposed to celebrate charters day at RCC. Board suggested the call to be taken by the president. |
